 An 8 foot long table is included with space. With table out of the way, the overall space is approximately 8 feet wide by 10 feet deep. With table in place, your floor space behind it is approximately 8 feet wide by 7.5 feet deep. 

We bill these as TABLE spaces, not BOOTH spaces. While we allow vendors to rearrange their space into more of a booth, this is a privilege and not a right. If your set-up is too restrictive or disruptive to the vendors around you, we may ask that you make adjustments.

While we sometimes hold existing spots for our long-time vendors, typically we fill the hall from front to back depending on when you booked your space. So again, book early if you’d like a spot closer to the front!

Table purchase includes TWO admission badges (one for the primary vendor, one for a helper). You are entitled to one extra badge for each table you buy beyond the first. For instance purchasing 2 tables entitles you to 3 badges total, 3 tables entitles you to 4 badges total, etc..

Retro Con is a TWO day event, so reserving your spot(s) covers you for the full weekend!

Suggestions for items to sell include action figures (old and new), artwork, comics, video games, DVDs, crafts, costume props, genre t-shirts, memorabilia, and anything else along those lines. Vintage collectibles are always preferable, but retro-inspired is also just fine. Please keep your wares family-friendly. The vendors that have had the most success in the past brought in a wide variety of items at a variety of price points.

We do not allow promotional/solicitor type vendors at Retro Con (such as bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, chimney cleaners, energy drinks, etc). All vendor wares must match the theme of the show. 

No food or drink may be sold at Retro Con. If you have a small assortment of pre-wrapped “treat” type items for sale at your table, this will be fine. We just cannot have actual food and drink vendors at the show, as the expo center doesn’t allow it.

Table cancellations are subject to a $25 per-table reselling fee, and no refunds will be issued 1 month before show date. Please bear this in mind before reserving a spot or spots.

Tables do not include cloths or skirts, so you may want to bring your own along (tables are 8 feet by 2.5 feet). Chairs however will be made available at no charge. Also, please let us know if you’ll require power, so we can place you in a row with outlets. There is no charge for power, but you will need to bring your own extension cord (15 foot+ recommended). Also, spots in power rows are a bit limited, so please book early if you require power!

We reserve the right to decline vendors we don’t think will be a good fit for the show.
