“America’s Favorite Fast Talker,” John has performed for eight US Presidents, recorded over 750 commercials (including his famous Federal Express ads), starred in four network television series, was featured in over a dozen movies, appeared on over 1,000 talk shows, released two best-selling audio books, and worked for over 500 corporations. He can most recently be heard on the animated series Adventure Time, Family Guy, and Robot Chicken!

“We’ve got Decepticons at the gates, Decepticons in the air, Decepticons outside the walls! Decepticons, Decepticons, Decepticons! If we beat them off the walls, they’re still in the air. If we shoot them out of the air, they’re still at the gate. So where does that leave us? Nowhere, that’s where!”

Transformers fans will of course remember John as voice of the kinetic fast-talking Autobot Blurr on the original Transformers cartoon series! Introduced in Transformers: The Movie (1986), the character continued into season 3 as a regular on the show. Though a capable and dedicated Autobot, Blurr’s effectiveness would sometimes be hampered by his incessant chatter. He was also extremely proud of his hyper speed abilities, and disappointed when he missed the opportunity to show them off.

“First of all, the name’s not ‘Zippy’! As a matter of fact, I don’t believe I’ve ever met another bot named Zippy, so one can only assume that you came up with ‘Zippy’ in reference to my speed, which may be technically accurate, but lacks a certain creativity!”

John reprised the role of Blurr in 2008/2009 for the short but sweet Transformers: Animated series that aired on Cartoon Network! Though technically not the same character, fans appreciated the nod to the original by including Moschitta to voice this even more comedic version of the character.

“Remember, if it doesn’t say Micro Machines, it’s not the real thing!”

John also appeared as “The Micro Machines Man” in more than a hundred commercials for the mega-popular toy line by Galoob! From wearing mechanics coveralls, to military uniforms, to train engineer attire, to super hero outfits, John had no clue what crazy ideas the producers would think up for him next!

In his spare time, John volunteers his talents for many charities and has raised over $20,000,000 conducting live auctions! John has agreed to mediate a charity auction at our show if we can gather up enough autographed items by then. Stay tuned!!

John will be available a few hours both Saturday and Sunday to sign for attendees free of charge! We politely request that attendees limit free signatures to 1 or 2 items. We thank him immensely for agreeing to come to our show!!
